XMAS CUP Stableford Wembley Old Course Saturday 20th December 2014

Perfect conditions for the Xmas Cup. With everybody in good spirit we headed off to a great day of windy golf! I was teamed up with The Captain and The Gardner. It was an entertaining day with Earle checking all my scores, and would not allow an extra two points - damn, that's a lawyer for you.
After golf we jetted off to Derek and Frances's beautiful house and the tranquil garden setting made for a perfect Xmas Party. I enjoyed it so much that I lost my notes and therefore cannot report on the day's golf scores. However, my spies told me that ROSS CAMPBELL became a double slut on the 14th hole I think.
Off the Ladies Tee for three and still managed to score "5" for 3 points! seriously Ross, you need to give us lessons on this move!
The Winner of the trophy went to none other than Mrs Mardi Freeman with a "39" score - had to beat me by one point!
The laugh of the day was the sponsored prize. A bottle of Crown in a wine box, thanks to Phil! To those who were there would know what this was all about. Great sense of humour Phil. Mardi eventually was given a choice of wines thanks to the Hosts and Vicky.
Thank you to all for a wonderful afternoon and Kerry keep that fly closed! Thanks for organizing the day, great job once again.
Mr Santa had an awesome afternoon with everybody sitting on his lap and kisses flowing in abundance!
